The retained search offers our highest level of service, and is the perfect
option when you’re faced with a staffing need that requires immediate attention.

you’ll be satisfied.

Semi-Retained Search

The semi-retained search maintains the same high level of service as our
fully retained option, with a lower upfront cost. When finding talent to fill a
position is an urgent matter, this is an excellent choice for clients. This
option will lock in a dedicated search without locking up all your resources. A
portion of the placement fee is collected upfront; once the candidate is placed,
the remaining fee is collected.

Contingent Search

The contingent search is our no-risk option. A percentage-based fee is
negotiated upfront, and you pay only if you hire one of our candidates. We will
spend dedicated time on your search, starting by learning everything we can
about the position, your needs and corporate culture. Then we’ll execute a
meticulous, full-service search.
